Our OEM-quality needle board repair services include:

• Re-needling: This includes painting, stenciling and needling boards for new installations or repairing boards with needle damage.
• Recovering: Boards with worn or damaged covering can be easily recovered with polyurethane, nylon, and other types of plastic  This can be done for about 1/3 the cost of a new board.
• Straightening: Over time, boards can develop a bow that makes it difficult to put them in the loom.  We can straighten most boards.
• CleanIng: Aluminum boards that have worn or dirty edges can be cleaned and made usable again.
