The BR electronic cone-to-cone winders, designed and built with high-quality materials, are capable of meeting all the user’s requirements in terms both of productivity and final product quality.
The BR2 (shown above) with one head, or the BR4 with four heads, can work with conical take-up cones.
Continuous speed adjustment, from 300 to 100 m/min. by electronic inverter, enables the operator to choose the optimum speed for each type of yarn, thus obtaining the desired package density.
The quality of the finished package is guaranteed by the unique design characteristics of the equipment. Electronic antipatterning combined with coaxial drum motors prevent the forming of ribbons. Yarn chafing has been reduced to a minimum with the elimination of mechanical feelers, which have been replaced by an optical sensor that work in the presence of still yarn.
