ERKO-Trützschler manufactures the EDSW chute feeding system that can be combined with the EBW 03 belt weighing system to insure quality in length and cross direction of the fiber mat with an accuracy of +/- 1% (MD/CD).
The Model EDSW (shown above) chute feeding system continuously feeds a supply of very homogeneous, compact and even fiber mat to the carding machines. The system can process fibers up to 10 denier, and a staple length of 80mm.

The Model EBW-03 belt weighing system is designed to feed a controlled amount of fiber to the carding machine. By controlling the servo driven feed roll of the carding machine, a very even fiber mat is fed into the carding machine.
