RADIODRY® is a machine for the drying of yarns
RADIODRY® is designed,
developed and patented in collaboration
with Pozzi Leopoldo Spa.
It is an innovation as it combines different processes
which until now were carried out in distinct phases,
and RADIODRY®puts them together in one single operation.
The combining of the hydro extractor and the dryer, achieves an extraordinary increase in the productivity of the operator.
The drying process cycle is completed in two operations: one of loading, and the other of unloading.
RESULTS GUARANTEED:
The structure of the drying machine, which is completely airtight, allows the control of the quality of the final product to be carried out in an extremely efficient way. In total absence of radio frequency emissions, which are potentially noxious, the atmosphere inside the dryer can be modified according to preestablished programs. The ability to modify the atmosphere produces a dynamics of drying completely different from other machines now on the market. Programmable results are guaranteed, with this innovative dryer, which so far have been impossible to obtain.
SUPERIOR QUALITY:
WithRADIODRY®the possibility of processing material at varying pressures enable the process temperature to be regulated. Regulating the temperature controls the rate water evaporates in the yarn. This is important to maintain the characteristics of the yarn, as far as softness and strength are concerned.
ONE OPERATOR FOR TWO PROCESSES:
It is the same operator who loads and unloads the machine, as well as with the packing of the material for the dispatching. It is logical that concentrating these phases brings about a reduction in personnel and the consequent reduction in handling, improves the aspect and the subsequent working of the material.

Within RADIODRY® 25 square meters, it is possible to dry over 4000 kilos of material a day ( base cotton 100%).
CONFIGURABILITY:
The technologies applied allow the operative function of the machine to be extended to finishing processes: it is possible as an option to add a final conditioning of the yarn to the base cycle. This further process improves the mechanical characteristics of elasticity and strength of the yarn.
