Fast and noiseless, the Corghi BR Rewinding machine is the product of a sophisticated research project aimed at ensuring extreme ease of use, and high productivity and to produce a high quality final product.
Its simplified configuration and modularity make the machine exceptionally safe, reliable and versatile in use, while satisfying all cone to cone preparation requirements.
The BR rewinder is constructed with the highest quality materials and components, to ensure excellent performance throughout its service life. The rewinder can operate with 0° cones, 3°30, 4°20’, 5°57, 9°15’ both in the single or double sided versions.
The Corghi BR rewinder achieves the desired cone winding density simply and precisely.
The operator, using the Intelli-Wind® interface, can adjust the winding speed continuously from 300 to 1400 m/min to find the best solution for the yarn being wound.
A high quality, uniformly wound cone is assured by the special technical solutions adopted in the machine’s construction.
Yarn friction is minimised by the use of an optical sensor and the straight vertical path of the yarn threading system, which reduce any unnecessary tension in the yarn.
The production of perfectly identical wound cones of uniform density is guaranteed by special technical solutions such as; the counter rotating waxing device, axial movement for soft edges, electronic anti-ribbon and adjustable counter weighting.
The co-axial motor, the ceramic yarn guides, one yarn tensioner per head, the separate electrical cabinet make the BR Rewinding a simple, reliable machine, “with low parts replacement needs”.
The machine requires very little maintenance, except for periodic cleaning.
The 10” traverse model (250 mm) winds chenille, thick, industrial and carpet yarns.
The 10” (250 cm) winding traverse allows the machine to wind both bobbins and cones.
A special creel with top yarn path allows for the use of large cops or Jumbo cones.
With its modular design, the Corghi BR Rewinding machine can be configured to fit in the available installation space and to meet specific production reuirements.
