Yarn control system for precise control and analysis of yarn tension.
The SMART200TSS & TS5 has been designed for application on machines like rewinding, texturizing, doubling cone winder, etc., that require yarn quality control during production.
The SMART200TSS controls and checks tension values measured on the yarn while in process. This control is possible thanks to a TS5 (Tension Smart Scanning Sensor) device that monitors, measures and analyzes the yarn tension in use by the textile machine.
TheTS5 device, combined with the SMART200TSS yarn control system, permits programming the tension value at which the yarn will work, the maximum and minimum tension value at which the position must be stopped, and to control many yarns with only one TS4 sensor. Furthermore, it is possible to detect the positive and negative peak tension variation in the process.
The TS4 analogue tension sensor is a precise yarn tension measuring instrument used for process analysis and quality control for texturing machines.
With the TS4 sensor it is possible to integrate the device in a "closed loop" with the textile machine. It can react immediately to any yarn tension variation to ensure quality results in production.
