The Corghi BR-AS is an electronic assembly winder with grooved drums. It is the result of an original project focused on the design and build of a continuous use assembly winder with excellent performance throughout its service life.
The BR-AS has been especially designed for 2x1 twisting operation. It is built with high-quality material, capable of meeting all user’s needs, in terms of productivity and final product quality.
High productivity, versatility, simplicity and extremely low noise level, even at the highest production speeds are the main characteristics of the new BR-AS. Its simplified configuration and modularity make the machine exceptionally safe, reliable, versatile in use, and make it subject to minimal wear and maintenance.
The BR- AS assembly winding machines can be configured with Intelli-Wind®, a dedicated software that simplifies and automates all the operations. The control panel includes a digital display and function keys to enable the operator to monitor the machine’s operation and set its parameter in a simple, intuitive way.
