Device of precise measurement/feeding and yarn tension control
The KTF unit is a high precision instrument which measures, feeds, controls and is able to display in real time the exact tension of yarn under all operating conditions.
KTF provides precise control whether the machine is running at low or high speed, or if a yarn package tension should vary due ambient conditions such as humidity, temperature, etc., or gradual emptying of the yarn package during use.
KTF units are fully programmable and can operate easily with any type of yarn or tension setting. Furthermore a KTF device can graduate set tension values according to the working position, allowing production of technical products (ie. medical socks, body, etc...).
The KTF is manufactured using the highest quality precision electronic components to guarantee precise measure and control.
Technical characteristics:
Programmable tension 0,2 gr ÷ 100 gr.
Feeding speed till 2500 mt/min (@ 36V) and 1500 mt/min (@ 24V).
INC/DEC function: possibility to INcrease or DECrease gradually the yarn tension with a resolution of 0,1 gr.
LFA self-learning function: yarn consumption self-learning and control, with relative automatic machine stop, in case of LFA error bigger than the programmed tolerance (BTSR® patent) 0,1mt.
TARGET function: possibility to set a production target in meters with the automatic machine stop
Easy installation, small size and easy to use
Thanks to BTSR automatic stitch regulations patents, moreover it's possible to obtain the complete integration with the utilized textile machine.
