ERKO-Trützschler manufactures the EKLB and EKLW crosslappers that convert web from carding operations to fleece, which is then used in various nonwoven products.

The Model EKLB is a belt crosslapper capable of laying fleece, either parallel or condensed, from a carding machine at speeds up to 120m/minute to form webs with exact edges and fitting layers. The EKLB offers critical quality characteristics, which have a positive impact on any following process.
