RF dryer type EBT40 ( 40kW air cooled - shown above ) for drying of stockings in bags.
After fixing and dyeing, the stockings are centrifuged and loaded onto a conveyor belt for drying/conditioning in their dyeing bags or positioned on the conveyor belt.
Specific characteristics of the equipment type EBT for stockings and panty hose are:
- very low power densities ( 3 to 7 kW/m2 ) which allow “soft” drying
- forced air cooling system to maintain drying temperature below 70 °C
- uniform drying
- residual moisture value +/- 1%
- better hand
The final quality of the stockings and panty hose after drying allows removal without any further manipulation.
The air cooling used by RF SYSTEMS EBT40 increases the equipment efficiency and avoids the need to install expensive accessories and anti condensation systems.
